Gerald showed up for both appointments, early, which is appreciated. He immediately identified the issue on his first visit, and let me know he would get it done in the next couple days. As he indicated, my inspection appointment was sunday, he had me fixed up by wednesday evening. This guy showed up early, had to go to the parts store after he started, worked till almost 9 pm, then reduced my bill by +/- $300. Will definitely be utilizing his services again in the future.
