Derrick was exceptional in all ways! He kept me informed on his trip to my house and arrived slightly earlier than his 9:00 A.M. appointment time. His work was exceptional and carefully done in well under the estimated time of 2 hours. He replaced the door lock actuator on the driver's door and now the door locks and unlocks perfectly. He was courteous, highly experienced, and knowledgeable in, it seems, most if not all automotive work! I highly recommend Noni, he is a great Mechanic, he knew exactly what was causing the creaking noise when I turned my steering wheel. He actually shows you what is causing the problem and explains everything in detail so you can understand. If I ever need another diagnostic I would definitely request Noni to come back.
