Daniel quickly assessed my problem; it was my battery. Seeing that I had purchased a new battery from my Nissan dealership in 2018, I thought the battery would last at least 3 years so I didn't think that was my problem. Daniel pointed out the date of the battery to me , 7/16, which was the cause of my problem. He jumped the battery and recommended AutoZone because they will install the new battery which is what I did. Let me say this, Daniels made my experience with your company a pleasant one; so I will be sending more customers (most likely ladies) your way from my referrals. I must admit I was upset with myself because I have AAA and did not call them because I thought it was the starter only because of the month and year I purchased my battery from Nissan, 8/2018. I will address this issue with my dealership and sure I will be using you in the future. Thanks so very much!

Well this time it was a better rating since he came on time to service my dad's Murano. He had service my Chevy trailblazer 2 months earlier but he was late. A little expensive despite having the battery replaced again in this harsh bittercold winter that my dad's car always had problems stalling but he mentioned it needed spark plugs replaced.

The door actuator malfunctioned on my 2015 Nissan Rogue Select. I was skeptical to book through Your Mechanic simply because I'd never heard of this company. The initial mechanic had to cancel the appointment, so the next mechanic available was Frank Walker. Frank showed up at my house on time (for a very early morning appointment) and was extremely professional. He immediately began inspecting the car and got down to business. When I asked questions about the door actuator, he shared the information in a way that was understandable for someone who knows very little about the mechanics of a car. I found his services to be very knowledgeable and definitely efficient. I am in need of additional work on my vehicle and will without a doubt utilize Your Mechanic for this service!

Tongsen arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I needed my spark plugs replaced, so Tongsen explained the purpose of them and showed the old set to me after replacing them with the new ones.
