Well this time it was a better rating since he came on time to service my dad's Murano. He had service my Chevy trailblazer 2 months earlier but he was late. A little expensive despite having the battery replaced again in this harsh bittercold winter that my dad's car always had problems stalling but he mentioned it needed spark plugs replaced.

First time using this service and it did not disappoint. I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled with Franky and he was EXCELLENT. I work overnight and sleep during the day and Franky was very considerate. He contacted me on his way, let me know when he arrived and worked on my car while I slept. After he was finished he explained all that was done and what I may need before the brutal Chicago winter approaches.
