Mike did a great job with 2 of our vehicles. He was running early for the appointment time and called to ask if we would be available earlier which was nice. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done.

I just found out about YourMechanic and it saved my life today. I have been unable to get to work since my car has been disabled and Mike got it up and running in a short time. He is very polite and gets straight to work. I don’t trust many auto shops on pricing but this was outstanding. He did the work I requested and even cleaned up the area under my car (broken plastic), can’t ask for much more. On top of that the work was done right in the parking lot of my apartment complex, which was incredibly convenient and saved me another tow fee. Took my car for a drive around the city and it’s working great. I will be recommending this to anyone who needs car repair and will use it myself in the future. Thank you!

What is making this noise?
Answered by Jay
Your description of engine knocking at idle with your 2007 Ford F-150 5.4 Triton engine is a common complaint for owners of this engine. I recommend you have a certified mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, do some preliminary checks to...
