Q: What is wrong

asked by on

The brake light stays on and the clutch all of a sudden doesn't have any grip. Also cannot shift the car into gear....What is wrong ?

Hi there. In order to give you an idea as to what is causing your brake light to illuminate and the clutch to not work, we need to know what type of vehicle you have and other details. Generally speaking however, when the clutch won’t engage, it’s usually caused by the slave cylinder or other clutch component that is faulty. The brake light is most likely a secondary issue.
