My nissan has jerking whist driving

I am really worried about thd issue ..after the service hhe issue happened ...any idea how to sort it outAlso i have a doubt whether it is related to engine ball bearing or clutch

Hello. Nice to hear from you today! I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem. I know this can be frustrating. Does the car feel like it is running rough or does it feel like the transmission is causing the jerking type feel?

Sir it was ok until i gave mot and oil change on a private cheap garage found on book my garage .after they done the service i noticed the issue ...its occasionally showing

Did they change out the automatic transmission fluid or do any work with the transmission when they had it?

TThey did an oil change fully synthetic oil Do you think idsue due to oil change Sir what i need to do now

Just to make sure, they didn't work on any fluid or anything with the transmission is that correct? Have any warning lights come on with this issue?

I have a report from them ... However which i am not sure ...its writren they changed oil with fully synthetic oil ....what i have to do sort out this issue

Sir no warning lights comes ...when i drive this problem shows occasionally like the front panel is shaking when i stop in a traffic light and accelerates ...lije car is not smooth like before ...lije driving an old car .....

Thank you for holding! I recommend speaking with the facility that did the work to see if they will look into and repair this issue at no charge to you. If they look over your vehicle and they find that they caused the problem they should fix it free of charge to you. If they will not look into it or cannot look into the issue for you then what needs to be done is to have a fully compatible scan tool plugged into your vehicle's data port that can read all of the computers in your vehicle to see if any fault codes are stored with this issue. Once this has been done, any codes that come up can then be diagnosed to help pinpoint and repair this issue. This will require the use of a high-end scan tool that can read all of your vehicle's computers. If you do not have a scan tool to check the fault codes yourself a shop or dealer can check the fault codes as well as diagnose the issue for about a 1-hour labor charge. The cost to repair the problem varies as it depends on which component has failed that requires repair or replacement. I suspect they knocked loose an injector connector or ignition component which is now causing this fault to occur. They most likely did this accidentally. Having the car scanned for codes will help to identify the issue as well as having the vehicle checked over for anything that may have been bumped loose or damaged in any way. This has to be checked into further to help identify the fault so it can be repaired properly.

Its like front case is shaking with a jerky noise ....i approached the mot garage and they told tjey couldn't find anything only find when the problen get worst ....at times i really felt frustrated ehile driving bexa4of this issue anf really want to sort it ...please suggests

If you did not receive the answer I posted previously above before your last post let me know and I can post it again below for you to see it. I suggest that since the service center that worked on your vehicle will not look into the issue to have another repair center in your area look at your vehicle to see if they can identify the fault. If they can identify it and they find that the first service center caused the problem then you can see if the first service center will pay for the repairs for you. Your vehicle does have to be checked into further visually by another repair facility to identify the problem so it can be repaired properly.

I recommend a Nissan service center because they will have the most experience and the best tools to help identify the issue.

I would think this would cost around maybe 1-hour labor to diagnose it or around $100. The repair costs will vary as it all depends on what problem is found that has to be repaired.

I do not think you need to change the gearbox from what I have heard here but it is a good idea to have it checked over by the dealer or Nissan service center to make sure.

Sir thanks ,also when I explained this problem to the new garage they changed the exhaust valve ..do you think thd problem has ang connection with exhaust valve....also finally,is there any mechanical 'word' to dedcribe this issue ...is this isdue common to all cars or only automatic cars .....thanks

You're most welcome! There is a chance that this issue is tied into or related to the exhaust valve replacement. It's hard to say for sure from here though if that is the case. The word I would use to describe the issue would be an engine misfire possibly. This issue can be common on all cars.

Sir i forgot to ask one more problem ...when i drive the car it stops grafuallt and dash board shows system fault ..auto restart ...i am not sure qhether it has any correlation to engine misfire ...last 3 weeks this issue about 4 occasions i had ...what i do ....Also one of my friends suggest to check the cars alternater ....please suggests...It would be great if you could answer today as tomorrow my subscription ends...

The warning that is coming up can be related to the misfire issue. Low voltage due to a faulty alternator can cause all of these issues as the electronics for the engine are not able to operate properly on low voltage. It is a good idea to have the battery and alternator tested for any issues.
