Q: Replaced motor mounts but now engine will not line up 13 1/8 inches on one side 14 three eights inches on the other what do I do??
Replaced motor mounts on the 400 engine now the engine will not line up to the motor mounts. I can get one side in but the other side is about 3/4 to 1 inch off. I tried measuring the engine because it did not look Square and it’s 13 1/8 inches on one side and 14 3/8 inches on the driver side. Any advice on what to do?? The engine mounts that I replaced were the same as the original ones so I don’t believe that can be the problem
