Q: Remote keys don't work

My remote keys don't work anymore following a computer change.

Hello. After the computer is changed, the immobilizer system will have to be reprogrammed by a Mini Cooper dealer or an equivalent locksmith. Unfortunately, there is no way to reprogram the immobilizer at home without the special equipment that mini utilizes. Mini will have the needed reprogramming equipment, as well as some locksmith’s.
