Q: Rear main seal leaking

asked by on February 05, 2016

My automatic transmission does not want to shift gears.

Hi. Being a car that is over 20 years old you are probably going to need a new transmission. A technician from YourMechanic can come out and replace the Speed sensor and see if that fixes the issue. If you need further assistance, I recommend you have a mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, inspect your vehicle’s shifting problem and advise you on the problem is.
