Q: Rattling/ clingy sound underneath.

I have a 2011 f150 xlt the v6 echo boost im hearing a rattling/ clinging sound underneath when barley pressing on the gas but theres no warning lights or nothing coming on. Ive been tempted to change fuel filter. Any ideas what it could be? Thankyou
