Q: Power Steering return hose leak

asked by on June 02, 2017

Power steering fluid is leaking out in large amounts I've already changed the high pressureline I think it's the return lines. How much to replace all of them from the pump to the reservoir

My car has 282688 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Hi There, You are likely correct in that if the leak is not coming from the high pressure line, it may be leaking from the return lines. I would suggest having a professional from YourMechanic come to your location to take a look at the vehicle and repair the necessary power steering lines.
