Q: The overdrive is not working in my 2011 Ford E350.
OD does not engage. All other gears work fine.

Hello. Most of the time if the OD is not working it is because the computer has locked it out. This occurs if the vehicles control module detects and issue within the transmission so it locks out this gear. The system would need to be scanned for codes first to see what the issue is. It can be as simple as a bad sensor or it may be a slip and in need of a rebuild. You should take this to a transmission specialist to have it diagnosed.
