Q: No power to vehicle when key is off or out of ignition!

asked by on January 31, 2018

I recently removed my performance chip that piggy backs off the obd wires. I figured that since I was cutting each wire free one at a time I would have no issues with the battery connected, well I was wrong. Pin 14 (red wire) broke from the pin, I hard wired it back with a bit thicker gauge wiring (less resistance anyways) and notice that I now have no power to the any electronic while the key is out of acc mode. What fuse is blown?! I've checked every one. Is it a bad relay? I have power to my obd but I still can't tap into the computer.

My car has 58864 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
