Q: My car is slow to accelerate, and it stalls in drive and reverse

My Nissan has been having trouble accelerating, it increases speed rather slowly. What do I do about that. Also my vehicle will stall out at stop lights/signs when left in drive or reverse, but will shake violently in neutral and park but not stall, how do I fix that also?

My car has 185000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
