Q: I've changed my a/c control panel,fuses, and relay switch.... blower mother is blowing but compressor isn't coming on...

Was diagnosed with control panel being bad... replaced with new one now compressor isn't engaging.. blower is working but only blows through floor... changed fuses and relay switch under hood. Help please!!!
