Q: I've changed both solenoids and the internal shuttle valves for my 4L460E transmission but I still can't get second gear to engage
I bought a 93 gmc Jimmy S15, they said second gear wasn't there and all I needed to do was replace the solenoid, so I changed both solenoids, I changed the internal shuttle valve for one of the solenoids, I also changed the transmission fluid, I still can't get second gear to engage, what else should I look for? I have heard that there is a gasket that could be the problem is that true?
