Q: Price evalutation
I saw this car for sale on craigslist for $3,400 but he said he will sell it for $2,900. The car has 150,000 miles, but he put a NEW engine in and it has 30,000 miles. It also has added sway bar, dual performance exhuast, racing tires, new rims plus two extra rims. The interior and exterior look good and he says the title is clean. Is this offer good or too good to be true?
