I have a 1988 dodge dynasty. The timing jumped and I've been told the engine is not longer good. The car cranks but doesn't start. Its an interference engine and I've been told valves and pistons clash when that happens, but there's no metal shavings in the oil. I already bought the timing kit should I replace the belt?
