Q: How do you turn off the passenger air bag in a 2016 jeep wrangler.

asked by on

I have a ten year old child who must sit in front

My car has 1000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

You should discuss this with the dealership you got the vehicle from if your vehicle is a two door vehicle. The seats should have sensors in the seats to turn on and off the passenger side air bag as the seat senses the weight of the passenger. Until you have the dealer verify the system you have then do not let children sit in the front seat.
