How do you defog the side windows?

While the front and rear defrost will take care of fog or mist on the front and back glass, you’ll notice that sometimes the side windows fog up as well. Here’s how to defog them:

  1. Turn the air conditioner on.
  2. Set the vent to split operation (upper and lower vents).
  3. Turn the temp gauge to your preferred setting.
  4. Turn the fan all the way up.
  5. Tilt the upper front outside vents toward the side windows.
  6. Close the inside vents to force more air out of the others.
  7. The windows should begin to defog.
