How do I set or reset the other distance?

The other distance feature displays a warning when you have traveled a set number of miles, to remind you to check certain items that do not have their own warning systems. You can choose how many miles are traveled before this reminder comes on, or you can reset the feature very easily: 1. Press the Trip Computer switch until the settings menu shows up. 2. Rotate the Trip Computer switch to Maintenance, then press the switch. 3. Rotate the Trip Computer switch to Other, then press the switch. 4. Use the Trip Computer switch to select a distance, or to reset the feature. Tips The other distance can only be adjusted when the vehicle is not in motion.
