Q: Hot air coming out of vents

Hot air comes out of the vents even when the air conditioner is on. The air conditioner and vents work better when the car fan is on.

It sounds to me like your AC isn’t kicking on. Usually this is caused by low refrigerant in the AC system or a leak. If you need help with repairs, have a certified mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, come diagnose your AC problem and service your vehicle.
