Q: Horn went out

asked by on

The horn went out. I replaced the fuse and relay, but it went out again.

Hello. If the horn worked for a short while but ended up popping the fuse, then some electrical testing will be needed. The amp draw of the horns needs to be measured, or if there is a short present, then it will need to be located and repaired. I would recommend having a mechanic come and diagnose your car’s horn.
