Hello. Working on a 2002 Camry. Finished cleaning throttle body assembly . Their is a hose that leads down. Cannot figure out wHere it gets connected to or if it's meant to stay unplugged?

Hi there. Look to see what the hose is connected to on your vehicle. Follow the hose to where it makes a connection. Then you would be determined to what it is used for. There could be a vacuum line disconnected or a pcv hose that could be disconnected that goes to the valve cover. If you need further assistance with the hose that is hanging, then seek out a professional, such as one from Your Mechanic, to help you.
