Hey. When I drive my ford [taurus](/topics-taurus/) se 1999. It feels that my [brakes](/topics-brake-ford/) are constantly scrapping and not releasing. There's a scrapping sound at all times while driving and gets worse when I brake. The brakes do work. And I release the parking park before driving in reverse or drive. Either way, the car does move. The [engine](/topics-engine-ford/) works. The wheels and brakes are the problem. Also! My tire went flat two now and the other ones are not holding pressure they are all new tires.
