2021 Lincoln Navigator. Vehicle pulls hard to left on express when in left lane. Mechanic is trying to say it is normal in a navigator and the crown of the road is the reason. I get the crown of road theory but it has a sognificant pull. Mechanic's Assistant: What have you tried so far? Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you? No it is at dealership. I am just not thrilled with how they want me to accept that the navigator does this. Mechanic's Assistant: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page to join JustAnswer. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Expert about your situation and then connect you two.

Thanks for using JustAnswer.com! My name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* I'll try to answer your car questions. I'll start off with some basic checks to do, then we can get into more advanced diagnostics if needed. Let me know if any questions come up, or if there is anything I can do to help! You can update this message at anytime. - I'm sorry to hear about any troubles with the vehicle, but would be glad to try and help! - If the vehicle pulls on any type of road surface, suspect a tire problem or alignment not setup correctly. If it only pulls on that certain section of road that you describe, suspect it is the road crown causing the pull and vehicle is fine. - Please lemme know what youre seeing, or if any questions come up while checking things out!

They have checked tire pressure and alignment. It does not pull on city roads if it does very minors. On highway drifts a little to the right when in right lane. Middle lane slight drift to left and left lane significant pull to the left.

I would recommend taking them out for a ride on the roads where you notice the pull the most, or take a known good like unit out on the same road and see if it does the same thing. If both vehicles pull under the same conditions, we'll know it's the road causing the issue. They may be able to add a bit of caster to increase steering effort, so it wont pull as much, but would also have them check tire balance, and rotate the tires front to back to see if the left side tire may be causing pull at higher speeds.

we did both of those today. My vehicle pulled more than another navigator. They are going to rotate tires. So we are on same page so far, anything else I should question the dealership on if it does not feel right when I pick it up?

Ok gotcha, good work! I would ask them for a copy of the pre/post alignment readings to be able to look at all of the readings. Want to see if there is less caster or more camber on the left side causing the drift. We'll say that a pull is more of a drastic trajectory change. If vehicle is following the road and softly drifting over, suspect minor caster/camber issue, if it drifts to either side of the road, depending on where it is in relation to the road crown. Lemme know how it goes, or if any questions come up while getting it checked out!

Ok thanks for the information.

Elaborating on the codes specifically can help us get more insight on your issue. Multiple tools will be required depending on the codes you received. Car starts fine, runs briefly, sputters and shuts off - 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood
Hi! Yes, I have a couple thoughts for you to hopefully get your Cadillac back to being a reliable driver.
