I am sorry but I have bad news. The clutch clicking noise, if that is a rotational type noise then it is likely the release bearing that presses up against the pressure plate which is failing.
The 3rd gear grind concern is going to be internal damage with the shift fork or the gear synchronizer teeth damaged. This will require transmission removal and overhaul to address. At the same time, the clutch can be repaired since the transmission will already be out.

It sound like you are losing fuel pressure but you should have the pressure tested and the computer tested for any stored codes. If codes are stored then have the codes diagnosed as needed.
