Q: I am having trouble finding a cv axle to fit in my 2002 Toyota Celica

asked by on January 20, 2017

bought a 2002 celica car a year ago cv shaft broke, can't find one to fit. apparently motor and trans was swapped with an 05 corolla . and the factory celiac cv shaft splines do not match the corolla transmission, my question i guess is would i have to use a 05 corolla cv shaft and if that would match up on the wheel side of the celiac. or would i have to doctor something up out of 2 different cv shafts. cv shaft is on the passenger side btw any help would be greatly appreciated
My car has a manual transmission.
