It's possible there is an issue wtih the adjustment on the neutral safety switch. Next time it won't start, try wiggling the shifter and see if that changes anything. If it does, then it should be checked for adjustment.
The other possible issue could be the ignition switch, so if wiggling the shifter doesn't help, try wiggling the ignition key and see if there is any change. Please try this and let me know when you can.

Ok also I forgot to mention when I unlock the doors with the key cuz I don't have a remote the [horn](/topics-horn-chevy/) starts beeping as if I push the remote, then I have to hurry up with the key and it started for the horn to stop beeping also sometimes every once in awhile there's no hornOkwill the mechanic call me later

Ok, for that I would try holding the key in the unlock position for a few seconds, then enter and see if there is any change. This could indicate there is some water in the lock cylinder shorting it out.
