my battery died I got a jump the car ran i parked it the next day I tried to start it and it wouldn't start not even crank. My key fob would work either so when I got in the car to start it the alarm kept going off til the anti theft came on and the check engine light

Do you know the approx age of the battery? If its only charging to 11v the battery is discharged and will require a charge or is beyond its typical lifespan. Usually, Under normal operating conditions. Batteries usually last about 5 years. Do you have access to a 12v battery charger? The other issues you are experiencing can be a result of a low voltage condition but you will need to confirm the battery before proceeding to eliminate that variable.

Sorry, I may have misunderstood. In the description, You advised that the battery was only showing a voltage of 11v. Is this on the repalcement battery?

No that was the old battery. I put a new battery in and it sill won't start and the anti theft and check engine light are still on

Can you confirm the voltage reading of the new battery? Confirm this as well as I have seen batteries off the shelf that are discharged. Normally they are tested before sale but not always.

I tested it before I put it in it was reading 13v

Check the positive and negitive connections are clean and attached solid to the posts. Use a wire brush to clean the connections. Re-attach and attempt to start. There may be a thin film of corrosion on the terminals perventing contact. Even if they look clean to the eye.
