Thanks for the additional info. Below is how to change the idle air control valve. be sure to clean the inside of the throttle body where it goes with some carb or brake cleaner

OK if it's shutting off while driving it could be several things, are any codes present?

OK those other two codes would not cause it to cut out under accel. Misfire would make it run a little rough. It may be an issue with the cpi injector very common issue on these
