Hi there. If the engine was ran this low on oil then it may have seized. This is assuming that it is not cranking. From your explanation I am assuming that it is not cranking since you mentioned the battery. I would usually start by trying to crank the engine over by hand at the crank pulley. If it does not move then the engine has failed. If it does then it may be a sensor issue caused by the oil leak. I would then need to scan the computer for codes to see if any of the sensors are not working correctly. If you want to have this checked out, consider YourMechanic, as a certified mechanic can come to you to [diagnose why the engine will not crank] https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/car-is-not-starting-inspection

What viscosity oil should I use?
If you have the 1.8-liter engine, then you should use SAE 0W-20 oil. If that is not available, you can use SAE 5W-20, but you should not use this viscosity level in consecutive oil replacements. If you have the 2.4-litre...

Tail lights intermittent and brake lights sometimes stay on, then I tap brake pedal and they shut off?
Hi there. The intermittent tail lights may be, a poor connection at the fuse (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/fuse-replacement). The headlight switch (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/headlight-switch-replacement) may be the cause for the intermittent tail lights. The brake lights staying on, is most likely, a faulty brake light...
Engine
Hello. Thank you for writing in. Do not assume right away that you have blown a head gasket. When the cooling system overheats (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/car-is-overheating-inspection) and throws coolant all over the engine bay, every hot part of that engine will create...
My vehicle was running great. After I had the oil changed it was cutting out and had to replace my vvt solenoids. Now overheating?
A oil change cannot cause any of the problems you are having unless the incorrect viscosity too thick of oil was put in. Your engine calls for 5w20 motor oil and synthetic oil is recommended. If too thick oil is...
