Q: Car revs up in park or with foot on break. Getting more pronounced

asked by on July 27, 2017

I have 2010 VW Jetta at 84,000 miles. For the past 2weeks I have noticed my car revs up while I am in park or at a red light with my foot on the break. 2 months ago I had my oil and spark plugs changed.

My car has 84000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
