I recently got an oil change at a local facility, nit a dealership. They admitted to draining the transmission fluid in error. They advised it needed a part to be fixed and had to be sent to a dealership. Had NO issues prior to this service. The issue was repaired and oil changed. Now, when the car is stopped, the entire car vibrates. This has never happened before and wanted to know if this is attributed to the transmission that they likely tampered with or if the oil change was not done correctly or with the wrong oil. Those were the only things serviced and had no prior issues or vibrating prior..
