I changed the transmission in it and now it want start

It's a 2012 nissian Altima and I got a used transmission but same model

The transmission went out and no issues before the repair

Ok and all wiring connections were checked, grounds, starter motor, transmission wiring? Do you have access to a scan tool to check the transmission for fault codes?

but the transmission did not have any codes the scan said intake valve control solenoid circuit bank1 throttle peddal sensor was high A and b curit was high and intake air temperature sensor 1 was high and the pressure control solenoid A and B pressure

If they are high, that means there is something not connected properly. Being a used transmission the issue can be in the trans, is it a 4 or 6 cylinder engine?

Make sure the transmission is reading park or neutral with a scan tool, find out what is not connected in regards \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* those fault codes. if they were not there before the repair, then it has to do with what you touched. Try putting the transmission in neutral and see if it will start or jump the starter motor and see if it will crank over or run.

It will crank over now but want start up and run

Well you went from one problem to the next. You have something disconnected or not right with the work if it ran before the repair. Check all your work.
