Hi Jose, no I haven't inspected inside the turbo yet. I suspected turbo might be the culprit but wanted to check there's no other possibilities before I go pulling it apart??Ive just noticed an oily residue on my air filter too??Hi Jose, No I haven't opened up the turbo yet to inspect. Some of that oil can be from the catch can but I would inspect the turbo then go from there .

Any clue as to how im getting oily residue on my air filter?I believe pcv valve plumbs to just before the turbo intake, not through the air box

Ok so different set up. I would suspect the turbo as well. But from the intake side as well as the charge side.

Not to many places oil can come from to the filter. Usually the only other thing tied up besides the turbo is the pcv system.
