Air conditioning on the dashboard not working.

Not knowing what vehicle this is will make the diagnosis more difficult. The system may have control issues due to; cracked vacuum lines, a leaking system, or problems with the compressor. I recommend getting an AC diagnostic check by a qualified mechanic to properly diagnose your issue and make the necessary fixes.
