asked by on February 05, 2018

My daughter thought where the powers steering fluid is was where u would add water, with a 16.9 oz drinking bottle she put about half in it. is this gonna mess up the power steering?

My car has 167000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

The water in the short term will not hurt anything but should have the system flushed out as soon as possible to prevent later seal and pump or rack and pinion failure.

My 2006 town and country Chrysler tire blew out and my car shit off automatically is that supposed to happen?
A tire blow out, by itself, will not shut off a vehicle's engine. Perhaps the ignition key got jostled out of position during the incident. If the ignition key was not jostled out of position, due to the blow out,...
