Jerel is great. The day before the harmonic balancer completely fell off our 2006 Ford Mustang. After finding the parts at the local parts store was able to book Jerel for 12:30 in this afternoon. Jerel arrived about 5 mins early. Jerel was able to complete the replacement in less than an hour and had us back out on the road. If we need a mobile mechanic again we will be requesting Jerel. Jerel is friendly, professional, prompt, and competent in his work.
