Jacob arrived a few min early and was great esp knowledge of old Betsy, my 1993 Truck. He took all the time to drive it and see what it was doing wrong and did everything possible to ease the problem if it isn't the transmission. Jacob was very personable and professional too, a great combo in a young person. I will be booking with him in the future.
