a big shout out to Jeffrey. I am so happy and appreciative to have found this convenient service and to met Jeffrey. He explained what he needed to do and I understood everything. No overwhelming tech speak. Jeff took excellent care of my old Jeep Wrangler which at this point in time is like a member of the family. I will trust Jeffrey again with my car. I feel lucky to have him as my mechanic.

Travis showed up and got straight to work after greeting me outside. It was a hot day and Travis worked methodically until he finished, about an hour early. We chatted a bit while he cleaned up and I signed some work papers. Good guy and will request Travis if I use this service again.

This was my 1st time using yourmechanic.com, based on some good reviews. Travis, the mechanic was knowledgable, and thorough. A previously scheduled customer caused a late arrival which is my reason for not giving a 5 rating. Nevertheless, everything went well and service was good. He was efficient, quick and polite. I would recommend Travis, and would use yourmechanic again. Thanks! W.

Oil/Fluid Leak

Kelly showed up on time, I was amazed to see that I could track his driving here online. I was positively impressed with his no-nonsense ability to see right away what the problem was. I thought I was leaking oil but Kelly noticed I recently had the radiator replaced and the fan was loose. He made his recommendation to replace the water pump and a new thermostat, plus two other services that my previous mechanic didn't catch. I am more than pleased with the service Kelly provided. That and he laughed at all my jokes.

Water got into my motor, what do I do?
Answered by Jay
Have you already determined you damaged the motor? You may be able to remove the spark plugs and push out all the water, then the air filter can be replaced along with the oil and filter being changed. If the...
What makes the check engine light come on?
Answered by Jay
The drive complaint you described seems to be an engine misfire, which can be verified by scanning the cars computer for an error code. If you get a code P0300, P0302, P0304 or P0306 then Jeep has issued a Technical...
Getting wobbly handling on the highway
Answered by Jay
A few things could be causing the wobble you feel at high speeds. The solid front suspension is susceptible to this condition, especially if aftermarket items are being used or the suspension has been modified. The front steering can also...
Check engine light comes on and car does not start.
Answered by Evan
Let's start with your low battery issue. It sounds like something in the electrical system is staying on over night that shouldn't be. Your intermittent Check Engine Light sounds like it could be related to your idling issue. My advice...
