Pierre was awesome. He simultaneously handled the technical, communication, and administration hurdles for this appointment. I had a hood latch that was rusted shut and probably needs replacement. There wasn't a good way to indicate this when making an appointment, and the appointment got bounced from hood latch replacement to car won't start diagnostic. 24 hours before the appointment I was able to message Pierre to give him more details. He responded in a timely manner to my messages with followup. When he arrived we were able to work through the appointment booking confusion and get down to the real problem. He got the hood latch open and unstuck in no time, and explained the operation behind it and how best to proceed. Very friendly and good communicator. I was very happy to help him troubleshoot and appreciate him sharing his insight along the way. Highly recommend. Thanks Pierre!

Head gaskets failed how likely is it to happen again?
