Simon was punctual and communicated via text to let me know he would be arriving soon; appreciated that because it was my first time using this service. I put down a deposit on a used BMW X5 in Maryland and couldn't check out the SUV myself because I lived in a different state. I had Jerome do a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) on the SUV to make sure that it was ok before buying it. Before the PPI, I asked Jerome to check the A/C because a weak A/C is a known problem with BMW X5's. Jerome did a very thorough job inspecting the vehicle and test drove it too. Afterwards, Jerome called me to let me know that the car is in great condition but he found some errors stored in the car's computer. Pictures of the car and the errors were provided in the PPI. He also told me the A/C was quite cool (he measured 60's inside) even though it was a very hot day in the 90's. I had a lot of questions for Jerome about the errors and whether I should still buy the car and Jerome patiently answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied with the PPI and would recommend Jerome for PPI's.
