Kenneth was professional, personable and clear with his assessment of my car and recommendations. Best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Though my car had a few issues he did not try to make them sound better or worse than they are, just made me aware of maintenance I would need to do on my own, and repairs that would be necessary in the near future.
