Graham arrived on time Sunday morning. Didn't need to install new battery cables. Explained to me that cables were fine, just required a good cleaning around the terminals. Suggested that I use a cable cleaner and sealer to keep cables clean. Installed new battery, car started on first attempt. Graham was friendly & professional. Will use his services again when needed.

Luis was early for my appointment which was awesome. He was very nice and knowledgeable and did a quick but thorough repair on my thermostat.
