Ross was fantastic! This was my first time using this service, and it was a lifesaver. I will definitely be recommending it (and Ross) in the future. I knew my battery was old, but this nasty heatwave must've killed it. It had already died a couple weeks ago and my regular mechanic replaced some sort of battery fluid (don't remember details), but not the battery itself. This morning, I pull up to the library to study, and had the car in accessory mode for a few minutes to watch the clock before the library opened (literally, like 3 minutes, and with nothing else was one, such as the radio or A/C), then everything just turned off and wouldn't turn back on. I researched options, such as finding someone willing to give my car a jump and going to my mechanic tomorrow (who was closed today) or to a different mechanic today. I found this service in a Google search and was overjoyed that I would be able to set an appointment for the same day to have someone come to me and replace the battery, all without disrupting my studying (or the rest of my life)! Ross arrived on time and was incredibly courteous during the entire appointment (even in this heat!). He worked efficiently to remove/replace the battery and to conduct a detailed inspection of my car. On top of that, since I was a first time customer, he had a coupon to save me $20! This type of customer service is much appreciated, especially when having car trouble..
