Caster arrived a few minutes late (9:15AM), but had the wrong oil filter, so he had to return to the parts store across town to retrieve it. That added about 45 minutes to his time to complete my work. Work was estimated to take one hour, but I ended up being here for two (9-11AM)
The ONLY reason I tried your service was that you offered a deal (voucher) to pay $20 up front (card charged immediately), and the oil change (a $60 value) would be free. I was charge another $60 after the work was completed. The $60 charge needs to be removed!
I have called twice (Friday Mar 13 and again Monday Mar 16) to rectify the over charge, but your phone system requires customers to leave a voice-mail message, which isn't returned in a timely manner. My call on Friday was returned at 3:47PM, when I called at 9am (6+ hours!). My call this morning was made at 8:10AM, and I'm still waiting for a call back.....
