Chris arrived early and got right to work. He was thorough and methodical. Although he was unable to fix the problem, he knew what it was and what needed to be done. It turns out that this is a common issue with Dodge vehicles and should be covered by warranty.
He also suggested one more thing that could be done to clear reflash the computer, but this would require disconnecting it overnight. I am now in process of trying that.
Because he was not able to start the truck, he gave me a partial credit toward future service. Although he was unable to get the truck started I had observed his efforts and felt that he had earned his fee.
