This is the second time to take his service. I felt engine noise after the first service of him, and I thought the noise was associated with his service (sorry!), but I was totally wrong. He spotted what was wrong very quickly and accurately with his stethoscope, and he fixed it. The noise has gone within 20 min. He is super knowledgeable and has a lot of experience, which is why he did it like this, though he is modest and always says just we are lucky. I am not his friend or relative, but a big fan of him. He always goes above and beyond. He comes at home or at office and we don't need to think of rental car. He records every fixed and to be fixed point in detail and we can review them at any time. Booking anf payment is online, very simple. Price is affordable, clear and informed in advance. There are no reasons to take a service of the other shops. Next time I will definitely take his service.

Today I got my car serviced by Luke. I was told that it would take 3 hours. But actually he completed his work within 1.5 hours. I was really amazed that he is so knowledgeable of my car. He is honest and I am now a big fan of him. I replaced my spark plugs together with wires, and after his did it, noise disappeared completely and regained the original power. I got the quote from some other shops, but it cost almost double. He offered perfect service with lowest cost. Next time I will definitely book Luke.
